Google Business verification is the process Google uses to confirm that your business is real, operates at the location shown, and is managed by the rightful owner or representative. Verification is needed before you can fully manage your Google Business Profile and appear properly on Google Search and Maps.

Verification can take longer than expected if Google needs more evidence about your business location, ownership, signage, or legitimacy. Delays are also common when a profile has inconsistent details, duplicate listings, address issues, or failed verification attempts. We help identify the cause and guide the next steps.

The time varies depending on the verification method. Some businesses are verified quickly, while others may wait several days or longer if Google requests extra checks. If your verification has stalled, we can review the profile and help you resolve the issue faster.

Google may request video verification when it wants stronger proof that your business exists and that you are authorised to manage it. This usually means Google wants to see your premises, signage, equipment, workspace, or proof that you have access to the business location. If you are struggling with this, our services can help.

Before recording your video, make sure your business name, address, signage, tools of the trade, work vehicle, stock, office access, or business documents are ready to show. The video should clearly prove that your business is genuine and connected to the profile. We can help you prepare properly so you avoid rejection, our templated video process reduces/removes risk of failed attempts.

Most failed video verifications happen because the video does not show enough proof of business ownership, location, branding, or operational access. Missing signage, poor filming, inconsistent profile details, or showing the wrong evidence can all cause failure. We help you understand exactly what Google is likely missing.

In some cases, Google allows a recorded video submission rather than a live process, but the available verification methods depend on the business and profile. If the upload option is not working or the submission keeps failing, we can review the issue and advise the best route forward.

Some businesses may still see postcard verification, but Google now often uses other methods such as video verification, phone, email, or Search Console-based verification depending on the profile. The method offered is chosen by Google, not by the business owner.

In many cases, yes. Google may offer alternative methods such as video, phone, email, or other checks. If you are stuck because postcard verification is unavailable, delayed, or unsuitable, we can help you work through the available options.

Phone verification may fail if the number is not eligible, does not match Google’s records, is shared across multiple profiles, or if Google has removed the option from your account. We can check the profile setup and help you decide the best next step.

You can usually view your verification status inside your Google Business Profile dashboard. If the status has not changed, shows pending for too long, or gives unclear prompts, we can help interpret what it means and what action is needed next.

If your verification is pending for too long, it may mean Google needs more time, more evidence, or there is an issue with the profile details. The best approach is to review the business information, check for duplicates, confirm address accuracy, and make sure any submitted evidence meets Google’s requirements.

Yes. If your Google Business listing is suspended, stuck in verification, rejected, or repeatedly asking for new checks, professional help can save time and reduce mistakes. We help business owners understand the problem, prepare the right evidence, and move toward successful verification.

Google support options vary depending on the issue and account status. In many cases, the challenge is not just contacting support, but knowing what evidence to provide and how to explain the issue clearly. We help you prepare that properly before escalation.

The verification process typically involves claiming the business, confirming your details, and completing the verification method Google offers. Google may ask for a video, phone confirmation, postcard, email, or other proof of ownership and location. If something in the process breaks, we help diagnose and fix it.

To claim a listing, you need to request access to the business profile and complete Google’s ownership or verification checks. Problems often happen when another person already controls the listing, old account access is lost, or ownership details are unclear. We can help with claim and ownership-related issues.

Bulk verification is intended for businesses managing multiple locations. It is generally used by brands, chains, or organisations with many branches rather than single-location businesses. If you manage several locations and need help setting up or fixing verification at scale, we can assist.

Address problems can happen when the profile uses a virtual office, shared workspace, ineligible location, inconsistent formatting, or details that do not match supporting evidence. We help check whether the address setup is likely creating a verification problem.

Yes. Changes to your business name, address, category, phone number, or website can sometimes trigger re-verification or cause a profile to become restricted. We help review recent edits and work out what needs to be corrected.

If you have already failed verification, lost access to your listing, or spent too much time trying to fix it yourself, expert help can reduce delays and improve your chances of getting the profile sorted properly. It is especially useful for businesses dealing with video verification, reinstatement, ownership conflicts, or repeated rejections.
